By installing Dollarlabs ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The App provides a suite of tools for Shopify stores, including:

  • Store Credit management.
  • Shopify Functions (Discounts, Payment, Delivery, and Validations).
  • Find a Copy functionality.
  • Price Tracker tools.

2. Account Terms

You must:

  • Provide accurate account information.
  • Maintain account security.
  • Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service.
  • Use the service within stated plan limits.

3. Payment Terms

  • Pricing is based on selected subscription plans.
  • Billing occurs monthly or annually via Shopify billing.
  • Trial Period: A free trial of 7 days is available for paid plans, unless specified otherwise.
  • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

4. Usage Terms

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights.
  • Share account access unauthorized.
  • Exceed plan limitations.
  • Reverse engineer the app.

5. Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service features (including Store Credit, Functions, Find a Copy, and Price Tracker).
  • Update pricing.
  • Terminate accounts for violations.
  • Limit resource usage.
  • Modify these terms.

6. Data Handling

We commit to:

  • Secure data storage.
  • GDPR compliance.
  • Limited data sharing.
  • Transparent privacy practices.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

No Warranty: There is no warranty of uninterrupted service or function availability.

Business Impact: Dollarlabs (operated by LESLETECH VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED) is not liable for any missed sales, lost revenue, or business interruption.

Technical Failures: We are not responsible for failures, malfunctions, or unexpected behavior in Store Credit, Shopify Functions, Find a Copy, or Price Tracker.

Execution Failures: Users acknowledge that app functionalities may fail to execute properly due to:

  • Shopify platform issues.
  • Third-party integrations.
  • Network connectivity problems.
  • Code execution limits.
  • Store configuration conflicts.
  • Liability Cap: Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the current billing period.
  • Indirect Damages: No liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • User Responsibility: Users assume full responsibility for testing functions (including Store Credit logic and Price Tracking accuracy) before deployment.
  • Force Majeure: Force majeure conditions apply.
  • Outcomes: Dollarlabs does not guarantee specific business outcomes or sales performance.

8. Termination

Accounts may be terminated:

  • By user request.
  • For terms violations.
  • Non-payment.
  • Extended inactivity.

We provide:

  • Email & live support for all plans.
  • Documentation access.
  • Feature request consideration.
