**Is there a free trial?** Yes — every paid plan comes with a 7-day free trial,
no charge until it ends. Dollarback also has a permanently free plan for up to
200 orders a month.

**Can I switch or cancel plans anytime?** Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel
from your Shopify admin; changes take effect next billing cycle.

**How does billing work?** All charges are billed in USD through Shopify.
Discounts offers monthly and annual billing (save up to 47% yearly). Dollarback
recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days.

**What counts as an order on Dollarback?** Any order that earns or redeems a
reward. On Advanced, orders beyond your included volume are billed at $0.10
each.

**Do you charge extra transaction fees on Discounts?** No — a flat monthly (or
annual) price with no per-order or revenue-share fees.

**Which plan do I need for Shopify Plus checkout extensions?** Upsells, free
gifts and BOGO inside checkout are on Discounts Advanced and every paid
Dollarback plan. They require a Shopify Plus store.
